1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

At DERMASIA, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times vary based on your location:

• Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
• Delta & Beheira: Delivery typically takes 3-4 business days.
• Upper Egypt & Red Sea Governorates: Delivery may take 4–5 business days.
• Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary depending on the courier’s schedule.

Notes:

• Delivery fees will reflect on the checkout page based on the shipping address.
• Business days exclude Fridays and official holidays.

1. Exchange Policy

To ensure the hygiene and safety of our products, exchanges are only permitted in the following specific cases:

• Manufacturing Defects: If there is a visible defect in the packaging or a functional defect in the pump mechanism.
• Wrong Item Received: If the product delivered does not match the item listed in your order confirmation.

Conditions for Exchange:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

1. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

• Product Condition: For a refund to be approved, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and sealed. We cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened or used due to health and safety regulations.
• Timeframe: Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Refund Methods:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as follows:

• Credit/Debit Card Payments: The refund will be issued directly to the same payment method used during checkout. Please allow 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your statement.

Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders paid via cash, the refund will be issued via Bank Transfer to an account provided by the customer.
